Story concerns the former president’s quest to rid the world of vampires, which is presented as the real conflict behind the Civil War. Alan has been cast in the role of Stephen A. Douglas, who is depicted as an ally of the Southern vampires.

Benjamin Walker stars in the title role, while the rest of the cast includes Anthony Mackie, Dominic Cooper, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jimmi Simpson and Aussie actress Robin McLeavy (“The Loved Ones”), who recently signed on to play Lincoln’s mother.
