It’s that time of the year again. Time sure has flown… much faster than a 03-K64-Firefly. No, we’re not talking about that jolly guy in the red suit, it’s our AGM!

When: Wednesday, December 14 from 7.30-8.30pm
Where: Beer DeLuxe Fed-Square

Why not take a break from the hustle and bustle and join us for our meeting which will take place in Beer DeLuxe Fed-Square. The meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm, then please stick around afterwards and have a meal with the hard working men and women from the New Melbourne Browncoats team.

We’re organised entirely by volunteers and we’re looking for like minded supporters to join us in achieving our goals. We’re always seeking volunteers in the following areas:
– Social event organisers and crew
– Fundraising event organisers and crew
– Convention booth crew
– Social Media crew
– Committee members

And we’re open to new ideas too!

In accordance with our Articles of Incorporation, all Committee positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee Member) are up for re-election at our AGM.

Nomination and Proxy Assignment forms can be found here (under Official Documents). To submit a nomination or appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please complete the form and either email it to secretary@newmelbournebrowncoats.com by 7:30pm on Tuesday 13 December, or bring the completed form along to the AGM.

Everyone is invited to attend, but only current members are entitled to nominate and vote.

The AGM will consist of presentation of previous AGM minutes (and acceptance), presentation of the financial statement for Financial Year 2015/2016 (and acceptance), and elections.
