Fans in Melbourne are in for a treat this weekend, with an array of Whedonverse cast attending pop culture expo Supanova. Melbourne Browncoats will also be attending the event, and will have a range of Firefly/Serenity and Whedonverse merchandise for sale.
Other guests include Simon Pegg & Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Spaced, Paul), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy in The Harry Potter series), Denis O’Hare (True Blood) and many more. Charisma Carpenter is replacing Julie Benz, who had to postpone her trip after she was cast in a new pilot.
Supanova takes place at the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds from April 8-10 (Preview Night April 8th from 6pm to 10pm). Tickets can be purchased from Ticketek or at the door.
